I wanted to share with you the wonders of OpenAI ChatGPT and related tools. If you are way ahead of me, just ignore the banter.

For the last 2-3 weeks, I have forgone the regular TV detective series and I have focused on learning and trying the new viral tool: OpenAI ChatGPT NLP (Generative Pre-trained Transformer Natural Language Processor neural network machine version 3.5) and related, derived tools like, to name the best in class:

  • TutorAI.me (create any course for you or your clients),
  • Tome.app (storyteller),
  • Copy.ai (create effective copy),
  • Jasper.ai (same as above) and
  • BlueWillow.ai (image editing – mind blowing).

When using OpenAI ChatGPT to create essays, blogs, guides, emails, and the like, the challenge is to enter the most effective instructions called a “prompt” in AI jargon. Let’s use the ChatGPT to create one for us (really for itself!) by using the Golden Prompt below. Just copy and paste it in the prompt box on the https://chat.openai.com/chat website.

I want you to become my Prompt Creator. Your goal is to help me craft the best possible prompt for my needs. The prompt will be used by you, ChatGPT. You will follow the following process: 1. Your first response will be to ask me what the prompt should be about. I will provide my answer, but we will need to improve it through continual iterations by going through the next steps. 2. Based on my input, you will generate 3 sections. a) Revised prompt (provide your rewritten prompt. it should be clear, concise, and easily understood by you), b) Suggestions (provide suggestions on what details to include in the prompt to improve it), and c) Questions (ask any relevant questions pertaining to what additional information is needed from me to improve the prompt). 3. We will continue this iterative process with me providing additional information to you and you updating the prompt in the Revised prompt section until it’s complete.

Keep revising until you’re happy with it, then simply copy and paste the revised prompt into a new chat. Watch the magic! You’ll have some fun with this one.

The “Golden Prompt” mentioned here is an effective way to create essays, blogs, and guides because it follows a structured and iterative process that ensures the prompt is refined to the best possible version for the user’s needs. Here are the reasons why this method is effective:

  1. Customized Prompts: The prompt creator’s first step is to ask the user what the prompt should be about. This ensures that the prompt is tailored to the user’s specific needs and requirements, making it more relevant and useful to them. By gathering information on the user’s preferences and goals, the prompt creator can create a prompt that’s customized to their unique needs.
  • Clear and Concise: The prompt creator generates a revised prompt that is clear, concise, and easily understood by the user. This ensures that the prompt is easy to follow and eliminates any ambiguity or confusion. By having a clear and concise prompt, the user can focus on the content of their essay, blog, or guide, rather than spending time trying to understand the prompt.
  • Relevant Suggestions: The prompt creator provides suggestions on what details to include in the prompt to improve it. This helps the user to refine their ideas and identify areas that need more attention. The suggestions provided by the prompt creator are relevant to the user’s needs and can help them create a more engaging and informative piece of content.
  • Comprehensive Questions: The prompt creator asks any relevant questions pertaining to what additional information is needed from the user to improve the prompt. This helps the user to think more deeply about their topic and identify any gaps in their knowledge or research. By answering these questions, the user can provide the prompt creator with the necessary information to create a more refined prompt.
  • Iterative Process: The prompt creator and user continue this iterative process until the prompt is complete. This ensures that the prompt is continuously refined until it meets the user’s needs and expectations. By going through this process, the user can be confident that the final prompt will be the best possible version for their specific needs.

In conclusion, the “Golden Prompt” is an effective way to create essays, blogs, and guides because it follows a structured and iterative process that ensures the prompt is customized, clear, and relevant to the user’s needs. By following this process, the user can create high-quality content that meets their specific requirements and goals.

Keep revising until you’re happy with it, then simply copy and paste the revised prompt into a new chat. Watch the magic! You’ll have some fun with this one.

One example is the “Multi-Factor Authentication” guide I create in 10 minutes with ChatGPT.

IMPORTANT: Google SEO disqualifies AI generated copy. However, there are several very easy and fast “rewrite” techniques that totally avoid this issue.

YOUR GIFT: OpenAI ChatGPT was created/trained in 2021. So, some answers might not be exactly “to-the-minute”… until now. Add this extension WebChatGPT: ChatGPT with internet access” to Chrome and your prompt box will change to this:

Absolutely fantastic.

BTW #1: How about letting the kids use ChatGPT for anything, at least once a day.

BTW#2: When GPT-4 (multimodal – meaning not only text but images, video, and audio input) comes out this year, we will really have fun!
